For patients with severe chronic pain whose history is consistent with those for chronic musculoskeletal disorders:
The recommended timing for treatment is not known for patients who do not have a history of chronic pain, but whose symptoms are not completely controlled with conventional therapy, letrozole for recurrent endometrial cancer.
